Tartan Sample

Nan’s design for the new Alzheimer Scotland tartan is currently being produced by two textile design students from Glasgow Clyde College. They are doing a fantastic job. I met with one of them today, Katy, who showed me through the stages of producing the sample tartan.

The Alzheimer Scotland tartan, designed by Nan from Inverness, is taking shape and really looks the part. Below are some of the first images of the new tartan being made. The tartan looks like it will be really popular and hopefully very successful.
